Executive Committee
An Executive Committee manages the Association. Members attending the AGM elect the Committee. The AGM is held in early summer and members are given due notice of the date, time and venue.
The Committee of between eight and twelve members are elected for a three-year term. Committee members may be re-elected once only.
Committee members then appoint Officers of the Committee from within its ranks including Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Secretary. For details of the Executive Committee membership and the role of its Officers click here.
The Committee invites the current Open Fund Pensioner Trustee and Closed Fund Pensioner Trustee to attend meetings if they are not already elected members.
The Committee always welcomes new members and offers of help. If you feel that you have particular skills or time to offer the Association, or would like to serve on the Committee, please contact one of the Officers.
